50% Off First Service – 2026 Season Promotion

Full Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the “50% Off First Service” promotion offered by Wrexham Greenworks. By booking under this promotion, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.

1. Promotion Overview

1.1 This promotion entitles the first twenty (20) eligible customers of the 2026 gardening season to receive a 50% discount on their first completed service.

1.2 The promotion is strictly limited to twenty confirmed bookings and will automatically close once all promotional spaces have been allocated.

1.3 A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• A quotation has been provided,

• The customer has formally accepted the quotation (in writing or via email/message), and

• A service date has been agreed and recorded by Wrexham Greenworks.

1.4 Enquiries alone do not secure a promotional space.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 This offer is available to new residential customers only.

2.2 A “new customer” is defined as a customer who has not previously received paid services from Wrexham Greenworks.

2.3 The property must be located within Wrexham Greenworks’ standard service area.

2.4 The promotion applies to domestic properties only and excludes commercial, landlord portfolio, or contract-based works unless agreed in writing.

3. Scope of Discount

3.1 The 50% discount applies to labour costs for the first completed service only.

3.2 The discount does not apply to:

• Materials or consumables

• Waste disposal charges (where applicable)

• Specialist equipment hire

• Third-party costs

• Large-scale clearance works

• Tree surgery or specialist arboricultural works

• Landscaping or construction projects

3.3 Where a service includes both standard maintenance and excluded works, the discount will apply only to the eligible portion of labour.

3.4 The discount cannot be transferred to future visits, split across multiple services, or applied retrospectively.

4. Quotations & Pricing

4.1 All works are subject to a prior quotation or agreed hourly rate.

4.2 If the condition of the garden or scope of work differs materially from that described at the time of enquiry, Wrexham Greenworks reserves the right to:

• Revise the quotation before work commences, or

• Withdraw the promotional discount if the work falls outside the scope of standard maintenance.

4.3 The final invoice will clearly show:

• Standard service cost

• Applied 50% promotional discount

• Final payable amount

5. Booking Conditions

5.1 The promotional space is reserved only once the booking is confirmed.

5.2 If a customer cancels before the service takes place, their promotional space may be released and offered to the next eligible customer.

5.3 Rebooking after cancellation does not guarantee reinstatement of the discount.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment is due immediately upon completion of the first service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Failure to make payment within agreed terms may result in:

• Withdrawal of the promotional discount

• The full non-discounted service cost becoming payable

• Suspension of future services

6.3 Wrexham Greenworks reserves the right to pursue unpaid invoices in accordance with UK law.

7. Cancellations & Weather

7.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

7.2 Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the promotional discount.

7.3 Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons. Weather-related rescheduling will not invalidate the promotional offer.

8. Combination with Other Offers

8.1 This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, referral scheme, or promotional rate unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

9.1 Wrexham Greenworks reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the promotion where:

• False or misleading information has been provided

• The customer attempts to circumvent eligibility rules

• The service location differs from that declared

• There is unreasonable or unsafe working access

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing within this promotion affects the customer’s statutory rights.

10.2 All services remain subject to Wrexham Greenworks’ standard business terms and conditions.

11. Right to Amend or Withdraw

11.1 Wrexham Greenworks reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

11.2 This will not affect bookings already confirmed in writing before withdrawal.
